12:47pm Tuesday 7th September 2010
A hotel is launching a recruitment drive for a new head chef using Twitter.
Five-star Seaham Hall wants diners to recommend a restaurant or single out a chef using the social networking device.
Twitter users will have to limit their review to 140 characters.
The site was launched on Friday and already managers at the County Durham hotel have been in touch with a Michelin-starred chef who is interested in the role.
