Burglars take sit-on mower

POLICE are appealing for information after a burglary at a model club.
A sit-on lawnmower was stolen in the raid on the Darlington and District Model Flying Club, at Cockleberry Moor, near East Cowton. It happened between 6pm on Monday, August 30, and 7am the following day. As well as stealing the lawnmower, the burglars damaged property at the clubhouse.
